1.How long will your engineer be in our factory?

2. How many days will you complete the installation? 

We will complete the installation and training within 15 days.

3.What fees should we charge for your engineers?

 You should pay our engineers for air tickets, hotels, food, and their daily salary of $80 per person.

4. How long is the warranty period of your machine?

Starting from the installation of the whole machine, all of our machines have a one-year electrical parts warranty and a two-year mechanical warranty.

 5.What should you do after the one-year warranty period? 

We can also do service for you, but we need to pay our technicians a salary of 80USD/day for each person.
