The coating has high brightness, low brittleness, turbidity point of the bath can reach more than 80℃, and bright coating can be plated at 65℃. Its comprehensive performance can be completely comparable with similar foreign products, characteristics are as follows:

2 Plating solution configuration

 

1. Add tap water with a total volume of 1/2 to the aqueduct, add the required amount of potassium chloride, and stir to dissolve it completely.

2. Dissolve the required amount of boric acid in hot water and add it to the tank. Then add zinc chloride and water to desired volume and stir until completely dissolved.

3. Add the required amount of HL-93 softener into the mix, and then add the required amount of HL-93 brightener into the plating solution for 2-3 times dilution, stir while adding, stir evenly, and check the PH value before electroplating.
